Local Employment
Site labour, artisans and support roles recruited from the communities hosting the works wherever the skill requirement allows.

Corporate Social Responsibility
A construction project changes the place it happens in. The commitments below are about the ones we can be held to.
Position
This is not a philanthropy page. B-CIJVAL's social responsibility is exercised primarily through how projects are run: who is employed, what skills are left behind, and what condition the ground is in afterwards.
Those things are within our control on every project, and they can be measured. Discretionary giving, where it happens, is separate and not claimed as engineering practice.
Commitments
Site labour, artisans and support roles recruited from the communities hosting the works wherever the skill requirement allows.
Structured internship and graduate placement for engineering students, and on-site training for artisans in specification-compliant methods.
Water access, drainage and erosion protection delivered with the host community's participation in siting and maintenance planning.
Restoration of disturbed ground, vegetative stabilisation and responsible spoil and waste management on every site.
Skills
B-CIJVAL runs internship and graduate placements that put early-career engineers on live sites under registered supervision, with logged experience toward professional registration.
Artisan training is delivered the same way: on the work, against the specification, with the inspection criterion explained rather than simply enforced.
Tell us what you are planning. We will tell you what it takes to deliver it.
