Structure

B-CIJVAL is organised around technical accountability. Each division head is responsible for the quality of the work leaving their discipline and for the professional supervision of the engineers within it.

Design work is checked before issue. Site work is supervised by a named engineer. Neither responsibility is diffused across a committee.

B.Eng Civil Engineering, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. M.Eng Civil Engineering in view, Nigerian Defence Academy. Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). Registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
Over a decade of experience in engineering, construction and consultancy.
Has led multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects across Nigeria, covering project delivery, resource management and operational performance.

Engr. Samuel Chinwendu
Director of Operations
Project planning, supervision, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
Registered member, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). Registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
Over 10 years in engineering construction, consultancy and project management, with expertise in project planning, design, supervision, risk management, stakeholder coordination and the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
Has led engineering projects under major development programmes including NEWMAP, RAAMP and ACReSAL.
Has designed and supervised hydraulic structures and infrastructure across more than 40 projects in Imo, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Enugu, Edo, Kogi, Anambra, Nasarawa, Kwara and Gombe States, many of which have been constructed.

Over 20 years in the planning, design, supervision and delivery of infrastructure projects across Nigeria.
Provides technical leadership on building, road and highway projects, covering quality, safety, regulatory compliance and adherence to engineering standards.

Finance & Accounts Manager
Financial management, reporting, budgeting, auditing and compliance.
Experienced accountant with expertise in financial management, reporting, budgeting, auditing and compliance.
Responsible for keeping financial operations accurate and transparent, supporting planning, cost control and business decision-making.
