What this division does
B-CIJVAL Engineering Services provides hydrology and hydraulic engineering services for infrastructure, drainage, flood management, river and water resources projects.
Our services cover catchment assessment, rainfall-runoff analysis, flood estimation, drainage design, channel and culvert assessment, river hydraulics, floodplain analysis, and hydraulic design of water control structures.
Methods & Tools
How the work is carried out
- Hydrology
- Catchment delineation, rainfall-runoff analysis, watershed assessment, peak flow estimation and flood frequency analysis using Global Mapper 5.0.
- Hydraulics
- Open-channel flow analysis, culvert and drainage design, flood modelling, water surface profiling and floodplain assessment using HEC-RAS and FHWA Hydraulic Toolbox Version 5.0.
- Engineering Analysis
- Hydraulic capacity assessment, flow velocity analysis, scour assessment and design of drainage, channels, culverts and river protection works.
