B-CIJVAL was not assembled as a general contractor that later added engineering. It was built the other way round.
Beginning
Why the company exists
The recurring problem in Nigerian construction is not effort. It is that the technical decision and the construction decision are made by different parties, and neither is fully accountable for the outcome.
A road is resurfaced without anyone establishing why the last surface failed. A drain is built without anyone computing the flow it must carry. A gully is filled without anyone controlling the water that created it.
B-CIJVAL was set up to close that gap: to hold the investigation, the analysis, the design and the construction inside one organisation, so that the engineering reasoning and the physical result belong to the same party.
Where We Are Now
An engineering company that builds
B-CIJVAL now delivers across buildings, civil infrastructure, roads, water resources, flood and erosion control, environmental engineering and renewable energy, with plant, haulage and procurement operated by the company.
The intent has not changed. Every project should be able to answer, on demand, why each dimension is what it is.
