Overview
What this division does
B-CIJVAL provides project management and construction planning services covering project programming, resource coordination, cost and schedule control, procurement planning, quality assurance, risk management, site supervision and project reporting.
We coordinate project teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, within budget and in accordance with approved specifications.

- Planning & Scheduling
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), project programmes, milestones and critical path planning.
- Cost & Resource Control
- BOQ, cost tracking, resource planning, procurement schedules and progress valuation.
- Site Management
- Daily site records, work inspections, material tracking, progress monitoring and coordination meetings.
- Quality & Risk
- QA/QC procedures, HSE management, risk assessment and compliance monitoring.
- Digital Tools
- Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Excel, project dashboards and digital reporting systems.
