What this service covers
B-CIJVAL delivers commercial, institutional, residential and specialised buildings from concept design through to structural completion and fit-out coordination.
Every structure begins with the ground beneath it. Foundation solutions are selected against geotechnical data rather than assumed bearing capacities, and structural systems are sized for the real load cases a Nigerian building carries, including construction-stage loading, differential settlement and long-term durability in aggressive environments.
