Project Overview

What this project is

This project involved the stabilization and protection of an erosion-prone river corridor through the construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall designed to provide structural support and protect the adjoining terrain from further erosion and bank failure.

The works included retaining wall construction, controlled filling and earth backfilling, channel stabilization, and restoration of the surrounding ground profile. The intervention improves the stability of the riverbank while providing a more controlled pathway for water flow and protecting adjacent land and infrastructure.
